Join us for a Screening of The Bystander Moment

Followed by a discussion led by Cathy and Todd Adams, co-founders of Zen Parenting Radio.

The Bystander Moment is a documentary that stresses the crucial importance of appealing to people not as potential perpetrators or passive spectators, but as active bystanders and potential leaders who have a positive role to play in challenging and changing the sexist cultural norms that too often lead to gender violence.  The result is an indispensable educational tool in the ongoing struggle to prevent sexism and misogyny and promote gender equality.  Movie is rated 14+

COMPASS for Boys Grades 4-5

COMPASS for Boys Grades 4-5

On Saturday, January 11, 2020, nearly 80 fourth and fifth grade boys participated in Navigate's Compass for Boys workshop.

The day focused on developing skills such as empathy and self-awareness as well as helping boys develop tools for addressing stress and conflict management.  The Compass Challenge -- an Amazing-race styled activity wrapped up the action-packed day.  Thank you to all of the amazing facilitators, as well as the adult and high school volunteers who made the day an impactful and positive day for so many boys.

Navigate Adolescence is committed to providing a supportive and positive environment for all of our workshops. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we continue to grow and expand measures to ensure our program environment is safe—and feels safe, welcoming, and inclusive—to all participants.
